What I found out is that my breasts aren't just for the normal/ commercially sold "A" cups. And maybe that's why your bra is dipping below the nipple. I'm not sure if you have adjusted the straps. But to give you an idea on how I did come up with my real A cup size, I used this fitting guide-->http://www.sugarchilli.com.au/fitting_guide. Try measuring yourself with this. I'm sure it will help as it is designed for the small busted. For occasions, buy push ups, for hanging out ,by full cup/comfort bras, and for sleeping by sports bras, or demi cups, whichever is comfortable, or sleep without one.
